To celebrate sixteen years of Zee Zee Theatre, we are so excited to announce our Sweet Sixteen Raffle! We believe that new works are the lifeblood of a thriving, and important, theatre. That is why the funds from this raffle will go to the development of new works, such as continued development of plays by playwrights from the Queer and Trans Playwriting Unit. We hope to continue developing works that provoke, inspire, and build understanding.

RULES
1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
2. Age Restriction
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.
3. Price
1 for $5.00; 1,000 tickets in total.
4. Important Dates & Draw Information
Prize Raffle Sales Deadline: Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11:59 pm PDT
Prize Raffle Draw: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 4:00 pm PDT
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at the Zee Zee office at 1885 Venables St, Vancouver, BC
The winning ticket is drawn from ticket numbers pulled from a hat.
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
5. Winner
Winners will be posted online at zeezeetheatre.ca/raffle on September 25, 2024.
Winner will be contacted by phone by Zee Zee Theatre.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bares a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Zee Zee Theatre or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
6. Privacy
Zee Zee Theatre does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
7. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to Zee Zee Theatre’s Board of Directors Fundraising Committee Chair by emailing: info@zeezeetheatre.ca.
The Committee Chair will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
8. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
9. Other
Please email our team at info@zeezeetheatre.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
